Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before processing or shipment begins.

Approved cancellations before dispatch will receive a full refund.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.


Returns Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Requirements:

Unused condition
Original packaging included
Valid proof of purchase

Return approval must be obtained before sending items back.

Customers may be responsible for one combined shipping cost.

No restocking fee applies.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected, confirmation will be sent by email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.
